What's the best way to seek the truth?

I want to find the truth.

I’m not talking about the ocean of endless facts, but the truth about the entirety of existence in general - what it is, how it works, and why/how it exists in the first place. This mission confuses me in the quest for goals. I realized for myself that I stagnate immensely without goals. I need to be dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome I can envision from my current perspective, or else I just waste my time.

Currently, I have two goals dedicated to the pursuit of truth. One is about a certain university degree in physics that I’m aiming for, and the other one is about a certain number of readers for Trufseeka.

I’m going for the physics degree, not because I want to brag with a degree or anything like that (it’s not something admirable or useful on its own anyway), but because I think by forcing myself to get the degree, I will inevitably master physics to a certain extent.
